Shipping and delivery
All products on our website are stocked in our store and will usually be shipped the next business day. You will receive the goods 2-5 days after they are shipped. The goods are shipped as a Posten/Helthjem package and are delivered to your nearest post office/ 'post in store' or to your address.
We ship all our products with Posten/Helthjem. Shipping costs 69 NOK up to 5 kg, and this applies to mainland Norway. Special rules and shipping rates apply to Svalbard, including the 'Svalbard supplement.'
Retur, exchange, and cancellation of goods.
According to the Right of Return Act, you have a full return/right of cancellation for two weeks from when you receive the item. If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, send the item(s) back to us using the return slip that came with the box. Attach the completed right of withdrawal form. You will find the right of withdrawal form as an attachment to the order confirmation or as download here.
When Karmec AS / Dakko.no has received the item(s), you will be refunded what you have paid. Buyer pays return postage. We refund the purchase amount minus NOK 69 from the return. See additional information on the right of withdrawal form.
To change the colour, you send in the item in the same way as for a return/right of cancellation. Then place a new order for the desired color. If you wish to cancel an item, please contact us on 984 53 017 so that we can stop sending the item as quickly as possible.
Packages that are not collected will be charged a fee. It corresponds to the costs incurred by us to send out the package and receive it in return.
If the purchase price exceeds NOK 250, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250.

Packages that are sent as postal parcels to the postal delivery point are notified by SMS to your mobile phone and are kept for 14 days.
How to order from the online store
For the desired item: select the desired color and quantity. Click on 'add to basket'.

Complaint
If there is an error or defect in the product, you must notify us in writing within a reasonable time. Feel free to also call us on 984 53 017 during the store's opening hours. Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm. Saturday: 10-17, so that we can quickly find a solution. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act (Consumer Purchase Act).
Payment
At the till you can pay with VISA/MASTERCARD, FAKTURA (only for companies) and VIPPS. When you shop with a payment card at Karmec AS/ Dakko.no, the payment is processed by Stripe, a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations. All information you provide will be encrypted directly between you as a customer and our payment partner Stripe.
User account
Creating a user account with us is voluntary, and you can easily shop without a user account. A user account allows you to keep track of your current and previous orders. With a user account, you can also use 'My wish list', and items added to the wish list will be remembered the next time you log in.
Prices
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown including VAT.
Personal information
Karmec AS / Dakko.no processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or linked with other external registers.
